The ₹50 collected is an advance/service facilitation fee and is used for platform operations, verification, and service processing.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund of ₹50 will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Payment deducted but service not initiated due to technical issues
- Service not activated after successful payment
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
- If the user changes their mind after payment
- If work opportunities are not immediately available
- If incorrect details are provided by the user
- If the user violates platform rules or terms

4. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Users should contact us with transaction details and a valid reason.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
