Welcome to GeethaWork.in. This platform is created to help unemployed individuals by facilitating small-scale work opportunities. To maintain seriousness and avoid misuse, we collect a small ₹50 advance payment through online mode.

1. Advance Payment Details

The ₹50 collected is an advance/service facilitation fee and is used for platform operations, verification, and service processing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund of ₹50 will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated due to technical issues
  • Service not activated after successful payment

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • If the user changes their mind after payment
  • If work opportunities are not immediately available
  • If incorrect details are provided by the user
  • If the user violates platform rules or terms

Note: GeethaWork.in does not guarantee employment or work. It only facilitates connections between workers and service seekers.

4. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Users should contact us with transaction details and a valid reason.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
